Pre Delivery or within first 30 days or 11 months There are pros and cons to each.

You will apply existing skills and with the NCI training you will learn and apply new skills.

After completion of the training you will understand the new home buying process, Tarion New Home Warranty Program and Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines. You will then be able to perform quality New Construction Inspections to a consistent standard.
